The Rotary Foundation (TRF) is the heart of Rotary. It provides the lifeblood that nurtures the work of Rotarians around the world and here in Vancouver. Through the Foundation, Vancouver Quadra has found homes for children in the Philippines, brought clean water and medical supplies to Uganda and has helped young African refugees in Vancouver learn to read.
How is Foundation money distributed?
All Foundation money goes to projects that are chosen by Rotarians.
Fifty percent of all donations are returned to your own district, to be used for local Rotary Club projects. The other half benefits the World Fund and is used for international service.
